I paint with watercolours, acrylics, and various mixed media.  My love of the painting process inspires me, especially the way paint flows and reacts on a variety of surfaces . Often my paintings are abstracted views of nature and landscape. Other works investigate spiritual themes through renderings of cityscapes, living creatures, and sacred places both real and imagined. Whatever the subject, I strive for an otherworldly presence and dreamlike quality in all my work.

In 1993 I graduated from The Emily Carr University in Vancouver BC and have worked as an artist and art teacher ever since. Painting is my favorite medium, but I also love collage, printmaking  and making little 3-D useless art objects.

This website is homebase for all my internet activities. To see more of my work visit my blog or online gallery. To inquire about commissions contact me directly.
